It is time for all industry players to increase and amended their booking terms both on new and existing bookings.  Being able to offer much flexibility in securing a booking is of great importance during these critical times. Consider strategies such as reduced deposits, trip rescheduling, an extension of incentives and offers, differed payment, and no cancellation charge penalty. Such key measures will attract brave customers to book with you around this COVID pandemic.

3. Workforce training.

We all know a trained workforce will lead to a happy customer. Rethink how you can start re-training your workforce on how to increase efficiency on service deliverance and customer service.
