Responsibilities of a Tour Manager

  • Maintaining professionally trained Chauffeurs and Tour Guides.
  • Reporting directly to Directors about the trend of events that occurred in the Company at a time.
  • Reporting on a daily basis to the Directors on all activity for the day.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire office, including the stock room.
  • Attending workshops and partnership meetings on behalf of the company and reporting the outcomes to your General Manager/Directors.
  • Designing and costing tourists’ journey plans as well as making necessary reservations as per their itinerary.
  • Manage and Supervise the other department on matters regarding the company’s performance records
  • Attending international and Regional Trade Fairs for promoting the Company
  • Formulating annual action and Export Marketing plans for the company
